14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a standard change-of-mind return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

• You must contact our customer support team before returning the product.

To initiate a return, email contact@atlotherm.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

The return address will be provided by our customer service team after your request has been reviewed.

Please do not send any products back without receiving return instructions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@atlotherm.com.

Include your order number and, where possible, photographs or videos showing the issue.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

For returns required under applicable consumer protection laws, Atlotherm will cover the relevant costs as required by law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, generally within 7–10 business days after approval.

Your payment provider may require additional processing time.

Promotional Bundles

Our promotional offers may include neck massagers, massage balls, storage pouches, and gift sets.

To receive a full refund for a voluntarily returned bundle, all included items, including complimentary accessories, must be returned.

Partial returns may result in an adjusted refund based on the original promotion.

Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, please contact contact@atlotherm.com as soon as possible.

We will attempt to cancel the order before it has been dispatched. If shipment has already occurred, applicable return procedures and statutory cancellation rights will apply.
